I made up this gorgeous hexagon a few weeks ago from a pattern I found, but I'll be blowed if I can remember where it came from. I'll come back and edit this post if I do remember.
I love the colours I've used though. It's my new coaster at home :)

I just found this myself. It's African Flower. You can google it for a few different pattern sites and blogs. It's been addicting for me to try color combos :)
